According to Odaily, following the receipt of a Wells Notice from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by the NFT aggregation trading platform OpenSea, the law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman has announced an investigation into potential claims on behalf of OpenSea NFT purchasers. The firm is advising investors who have purchased NFTs on OpenSea to assist in the investigation and will represent them in a class action lawsuit.
